Placements to look into,

I had a meeting with John about how I was finding it hard to find placements which I felt I could find useful to become involved with. 
Researching into them:


MANvsMACHINE

 

 

 I like how they use a variety of different media. Interesting film aspects, using actual footage, and also illustrative style animations, like idents for E4. I like the idea of being able to generate ideas for television idents/advertisements.

They also deal with print, billboards, posters that are in public spaces. I have an interest in this sort of promotional work as well.

TAPPIN GOFTON

 

 

I like how the work is quite varied, there seems to be use of illustrative design, as well as simple/classic design work and also photography.

pretty big company, but I like their involvement with a mixture of both advertising and branding. Opportunities to explore both areas. Seems quite graphic-y though? Where would I stand?
